1. ECONOMIC DIVERSIFICATION FUND (EDF)

All Applicants Need To Do Is Choose From Two Investment Options, And Make The Required Financial Contribution To The Country. The Minimum Investment For A Single Applicant Is A US$100,000 Contribution To The Economic Diversification Fund.To Qualify For Dominican Citizenship Through The Citizenship By Investment Programme, Applicants Must Make A Non-refundable Contribution To The EDF.

2. REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT OPTION

Real Estate Must Be Held For Either 3 Years From The Date Citizenship Is Granted Or, If The Future Purchaser Is Also A Citizenship By Investment Applicant, 5 Years From The Date Citizenship Is Granted. In Addition To The Purchase Of Real Estate, There Are Government Fees To Be Paid.
